Pancake Tacos

Cracker Barrel has a new item on the menu called Pancake Tacos. Paula ordered them Monday when I tried to eat all of their other food. I thought they looked good. Pancake shell with bacon, eggs, and cheese inside, with syrup for dipping.

So, this morning I "borrowed" their idea. I made Paula's with cheese but mine without. She said mine were better! My pancakes were better, and she liked our syrup better!

I am not a cook, but they were easy to make. I fried up the bacon, then fried the eggs, and while my eggs were finishing, I started the pancakes. Paula's pancake had cheese melted on top. My hands are kind of wimpy, so instead of holding the hot pancakes in my hand, I just poured syrup all over them and ate the whole pile with a fork! Delicious!
