What? Where? At the Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre of course!

Awhile back, my wife and daughters had given me tickets to go see Josh Turner at Arrow Rock for my birthday. I couldn't believe a person of his stature would play such a small venue. I figured he would just be by himself and do an acoustic set. I was wrong! Full seven piece band complete with helpers. Energy level? You would have thought he was playing for 40,000. What a great show! I haven't been to Arrow Rock often, but I would venture to guess that not every show has every person up dancing in between the seats.

The boy I take care of loves his song, "Long Black Train." I told Paula I bet he plays it last and he did. Josh Turner is one of my favorite artists for many reasons. I could not have had a better time. Happy Birthday to me!
